William O'Hara
Managing Partner, Licensed Life & Health Insurance Specialist
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University in Boston, Will began a career in investment banking capital markets at Credit Suisse in Manhattan. After a four year stint on Wall Street, Will returned home to New Jersey to start NJ Life and Health Insurance Group with his brother John and his father Bill. After seeing how many people misunderstood insurance, and the grave mistakes folks made when not properly educated on insurance programs, NJ Life and Health Insurance Group was born. As both the founder of the insurance brokerage, and a broker himself, Will spends his time educating clients on how the various types of health and life insurance work, with a specialized focus in Medicare, life insurance, and group health insurance plans.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, snowboarding, running, and a nice day at the beach.
John O'Hara
President, Licensed Life & Health Insurance Specialist
John is a licensed NJ Life and Health Insurance Producer, and the President and Owner of NJ Life and Health Insurance Group LLC in Toms River NJ. After leaving the scientific research field and spending time in the Medicare industry, he and his brother William recognized a need for unbiased insurance education not motivated by sales commissions. With that, they started NJ Life and Health in March of 2018 and strive to help educate clients every day. His prior employment consisted of Pediatric Glioblastoma research in Bar Harbor, Maine, and biological and chemical education here in NJ. Outside of insurance, he loves to see local live music around Ocean County, and head to the beach to surf!
Bill O'Hara
Principal, Licensed Life & Health Insurance Specialist
Bills' career in the insurance industry has spanned 35 years. He enjoys sharing his vast experience, which helps clients fully understand all aspects of Medicare, Long Term Care, Home Health Care, and Final Expense. His knowledge on all these subjects allows his clients to have an easy and enjoyable transition into retirement. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Ken Connolly
Marketing Director, Licensed Life & Health Insurance Specialist
Ken is an Ohio State Business School graduate who has helped hundreds of people over his 2 years with the company. He spent his 20's in the music industry where he learned marketing by running his own record label. He has since taken that expertise to NJ Life & Health. Ken enjoys helping seniors understand the complexities of Medicare so they can avoid any issues and save as much money as possible. You can find him in our Youtube videos! Outside of work, he enjoys producing music, spending time with family and friends, cooking, working out, and participating in Spartan races.
Jo Gallo
Licensed Life & Health Insurance Specialist
Jo Gallo is a newer agent with NJ Life and Health Insurance Group, LLC. She spent most of her career consulting with business owners and leaders regarding how to lower costs and deliver premier products and services to their customers. In 2019, Jo decided to change her career and began her journey into Medicare Consulting. Outside of work she enjoys Music, Walking, Cooking, and dancing.

After graduating from Stockton University with a degree in health science in 2022, Kenny wanted to make a positive impact in the world of healthcare. While many go towards the clinical side of healthcare; Kenny decided to take the road less traveled and quickly found himself a home at NJ life and health. He loves meeting new faces and helping them with challenges that arise when dealing with health coverage, costs, medications and more! Outside of work Kenny enjoys activities such as going golfing, attending concerts, skateboarding, and having a good ol time in the sun with friends and family.
Patrick Brenner
Licensed Individual (Under 65) Health Insurance Specialist
Patrick is one of the first brokers to work at NJ Life and Health! He recently rejoined us in a full-time capacity where is our go-to for all things individual insurance. He can help you with marketplace plans as well as Medicare. In his free time, he enjoys making music, reading, and hanging out on the beach.
Daniel O'Hara
Operations Manager, Licensed Health Insurance Specialist
After several years working in film production and management positions, Dan came to join the rest of his family in their quest to properly educate and guide clients on their Medicare choices. He loves and is driven by helping others and is excited to be a new edition to our team! When he’s not at work, you can find him playing piano and guitar or helping his dad build a fortress in the backyard.
Amy Phillips
Client Services Specialist
Amy Phillips arrived on the NJ Life and Health scene in April of 2024, via a lifelong career in business management and client services, and on the heels of “retiring” from running her own economic development marketing company, serving clients worldwide, for 20+ years. Amy’s other pursuits include songwriting, recording, and occasionally performing on stage, singing with rock ’n roll bands throughout NJ and NYC. During her off-time, Amy enjoys strolls along the river with her husband and their pup, feeding and watching the birds, creating good ambience, playing piano, listening to Classical music, and going out to hear friends perform live music.

Kevin Murray
Support and Systems Specialist
Kevin graduated from the Manhattan School of Music with a degree in Classical Guitar Performance. He spent many years performing, teaching, and recording music in the Tri-State Area. During that time he also earned over 15 certifications in Computer Programming and began working in the IT industry. He moved to Arizona and worked for GoDaddy, helping program video games, and websites, and learned the in's and out's of computer technology. Now he has returned to the East Coast and joined the NJ Life and Health Group to assist the entire team. Kevin spends his free time performing guitar in his rock band, and streaming video games online.
